Stopped in while working the area. Small sandwich shop. Prices are great, staff was very friendly and the food was great. I’ve been here a few times in the past year and one thing I will say: you can tell it’s a small local business in the best way possible! Food is amazing and everything is very fresh. So much better than all of the franchise sub shops in the area!

Bright, clean with longevity in roots and old school charm, rooted equally in traditional but up to date favorites, family owed familiarity centered in local community. Consistent well prepared food by experienced hands. Price is fair for elevated quality. Presently inflation has caused this to be disproportionate, so hope the costs come back down soon. Worth patronage.

I’ve been eating sandwiches from Pickles & Chips since day 1, they are my family’s go to sandwich for tailgating in tubby raymond stadium parking lot at the University of Delaware football games, everything on their menu is so good for a pick me up snack; the quality is just there in the sandwiches itself! 10/10 for life

Small shop, love the place though. Had a phenomenal sandwich. I prefer a soft roll and their rolls are a ten out of ten in my book. I would highly recommend this place. Literally the best chicken salad I think I’ve ever had in my entire life.
